Flex:
The room can be cancelled free of charge until 6:00 PM on the day before arrival.
If cancelled after this time, 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Non-Flex:
The room must be paid in full at the time of booking. The reservation cannot be modified or cancelled, and in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full amount will be charged. No refunds or partial reimbursements will be given.

Groups:
Group reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival.
Up to 48 hours before arrival, a maximum of 2 rooms may still be cancelled free of charge

• We request a deposit of 50% of the total amount 7 weeks before arrival.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 week before arrival.

 

• Free cancellation:
  You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 weeks before the reserved date.

• Adjustments to the number of guests:
  Changes to the number of reserved guests are possible up to 5 working days before the start of the event. Up to 10% of the originally reserved number may be cancelled free of charge.

• Late cancellation:
  For cancellations made after this period, we are obliged to charge 60% of the total reservation value.

• Cancellation within 48 hours / No-show:
  In case of full cancellation within 48 hours before the event or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
